Food Delivery Orders:
Order Modification: If you need to make changes to your food delivery order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been prepared or dispatched.
Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your food delivery order free of charge if you do so within five(5) minutes of placing the order. After this time frame, cancellations may not be possible, as the food may have already been prepared or is in transit.
Refunds: In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method as soon as possible. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified time frame may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team for assistance, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
